Technical Expertise

EngiPro, engineering- & projectfirm, serves as a link in between the industry and external professionals who can support multi disciplinary projects in a technical way.

EngiPro targets small and medium-sized businesses and firms in the chemical, petrochemical, nutrition, steel and car industries. These firms might find themselves in a situation in which they appeal to the services of a project firm because of a variety of reasons: the absence of - in house - specific knowhow, an urgent assignment or a temporary increase of productivity. EngiPro distinguishes itself by offering its clients high quality support within a minimum of time.

The first step is always a profound analysis, in cooperation with our customer, in order to get a clear view of the project ahead. Next, an EngiPro in house expert is introduced or, if required by the project, a more specialised profile is searched for within the EngiPro network. In order for the project to fully succeed, a perfect match in between the customer's demands on the one hand and the selected candidate on the other is of critical importance. Because of the long experience and the professional character of all EngiPro-employees, the specific needs of the customer can be met within a minimal timeframe.

"We engage in both simple and multi disciplinary projects or subprojects. The contract's duration might vary from just one week up to several years. We're very flexible and will always find a suitable solution for our customers." dixit eng Marleen Vermeersch, EngiPro's CEO.

Getting a clear picture of the situation, drawing up the suitable profile and afterwards finding the correct person who fits the description requires the necessary expertise. Marleen Vermeersch can rely on her experience of several years executing industrial projects. She has been working for 15 years in the petroleum and electronics business as well as in the nutrition and environmental industry.

"On several occasions, I have noticed that even large companies could be temporarily paralysed while working on large projects. Mostly this was caused by a shortage of staff or the absence of a specialist in a specific area. That's why I've specialised in this matter." Marleen Vermeersch clarifies

EngiPro is founded upon the thorough knowledge of the different sectors and the insight in a company's needs. All 45 EngiPro employees have to observe very high standards. A detailed screening before recruitment and the presence of an extensive, specific and technical experience, which can be applied in industrial projects, are two of the most crucial criteria in the selection process.

"After all - similar to the link in a chain - the capacity of every employee determines the quality and the strength of EngiPro's network." Marleen Vermeersch adds.

Working with an engineering & project firm results in an immediate added value. Calling in the right man for the job represents a particular advantage for the customer. The experienced EngiPro employees, do not need time to master the technical details of a project. On the contrary, they bring along the required knowhow to support the customer's needs. After all, knowledge transfer is one of the most important aspects of the cooperation.
Moreover, if the project should uncover the need for more resources, EngiPro will pro-actively analyse the situation in order to bring into action the required profiles in good time. This way the customer does not have to waste his time and his money, searching the job market.

The right man, on the right spot, at the right time, at the right fare...
